Launch status: This draft still needs final vendor, consent and legal review before public lead capture or analytics are enabled.
What you may send
The contact forms may collect your name, company, email, phone, current website, service area, primary goal, service interest and message. Digital Docks & Doors uses this information to assess fit, reply and manage the requested sales conversation.
Website measurement
The site is built to measure page views and non-PII actions such as CTA clicks, form starts, valid submissions and booking clicks. Names, emails, phone numbers, company names, website addresses and free-text messages must not be sent to GA4.
Booking and calendar details
If online booking is enabled, the booking service may collect your name, work email, company, selected time and time zone, plus an optional website and note. It uses those details to manage the meeting, invitation, reschedule and cancellation. Confirmed, cancelled and failed booking records are scheduled for removal 90 days after their last update. Booking details must not be sent to analytics.
Service providers
Digital Docks & Doors may use Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, Google Workspace for Calendar and Meet, and approved lead-delivery, analytics and communications providers. The final policy will confirm each required provider and purpose.
Your choices
