Plain-language offer summary
Digital Front Door Offer Terms
This marketing summary is not the final client agreement. The signed scope and agreement control. Final legal wording remains subject to approval before public lead capture.
Who the offer is for
The 14-Day Digital Front Door is for qualified commercial door, industrial door, loading dock, gate and access-system companies. Website scope, payment, included work, asset rights, third-party costs and any ongoing care are agreed in writing before work starts.
When the timeline begins
The 14-day delivery timeline begins after the agreement is signed, required payment is received, onboarding is complete, required domain and platform access is provided, core brand assets and business information are supplied, and one approver is ready to return feedback within the agreed window. Client-caused delays extend the timeline.
Launch and support
Digital Docks & Doors plans, writes, builds and tests the agreed site. Standard website hosting and launch support are covered for 30 days after launch and analytics verification. Domain fees and approved third-party services remain client costs unless the signed scope says otherwise.
The 30-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee
During the first 30 days after launch, a client that is not completely satisfied may choose one of two paths. Under Improve It, Digital Docks & Doors continues hosting and completes up to two additional conversion-focused improvement rounds at no charge. Under Leave It, Digital Docks & Doors refunds the website build fee and reconnects the domain to the prior website when that site and hosting remain available and the required access is supplied.
Guarantee limits
The guarantee applies only to the website build fee. Approved third-party expenses are not refundable. Choosing the refund ends the client's right to use the new website and its project assets. Restoration depends on the old website and provider still being available. The guarantee is based on satisfaction, not a promised amount of traffic, leads, rankings, jobs, sales, revenue or inclusion in AI answers.
Ownership and the next step
The client keeps ownership of and access to its domain and client-owned accounts. A client that keeps the website may choose Always Open Website Care or receive the agreed website assets for transfer. There is no automatic care enrollment.
